In one Almighty and Eternal Creator revealed to us in Scripture as Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Deut 6:4; Mal. 2:10; Matt. 29:19). He is Eternal Light (I John 1:5) and Love (I John 4:8.16).
In the verbal and plenary inspiration of the Bible. As such it is the Eternal Creators infallible Word and totally without error. It is the only authoritative standard for Christian doctrine and as such is our only rule of faith (2 Timothy 3:5-16; 2 Peter 1:19-21).
In the total depravity of man, i.e. that fallen man is totally incapable of saving himself by good works of righteousness or law (Ephesians 2:8-9).
That Jesus Christ is the Eternal Light manifest in the flesh. He is the Son of the Father and the eternal Word of God. He is fully Divine and fully man.
Salvation is only possible through the atoning blood of God's Son, shed at Calvary (Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:23; I Timothy 3:16; John 1:1,14).That Salvation is available to all men by the grace of God through living faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (* Ephesians 2:8,9).
That the Son of Divinity, Jesus Christ, was the payment for our sins, and not only for our sins, but also for the sins of the whole world (I John 2:2; St John 1:29) and that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them; and has committed to us the message of reconciliation. (II Corinthians 5:19).
Even though the Eternal Creator has forgiven the whole world those who reject His forgiveness will by choice be lost eternally.
In the necessity of repentance, water baptism by immersion and the baptism with the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking with tongues.
Gifts of the Holy Spirit, as recorded in the New Testament, are available to all Spirit filled believers.
In the great commission of Jesus Christ to evangelise the world (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20; Luke 24:45-48; Acts 1:8).
In the resurrection of the dead, the eternal conscious punishment of those who reject salvation and the eternal salvation of believers (Revelations 20:22). |
